Nous marchons pour protester contre la fermeture de la frontière terrestre canadienne aux demandeurs d’asile. Un groupe d’environ 30 marcheurs parcourra les 70+ km qui séparent Montréal de Roxham Road en 3 jours, où une conférence de presse aura lieu lundi soir. Nous encourageons tous ceux qui le peuvent à se joindre à nous pour une ou plusieurs de ces journées. Les organisateurs assureront le transport jusqu’à votre voiture à la fin de chaque journée.

• Rassemblement : samedi 17 juin à 9h00 à Montréal au Parc La Fontaine, Place Charles-de-Gaulle.
• Marche : samedi 17 juin départ de Montréal après le rassemblement et arrivée en après-midi le lundi 19 juin.

Overview of the march

We are marching to protest the closure of the Canadian land border to asylum seekers. A core group of around 30 marchers will walk the entire 70+ km from Montreal to Roxham Road over 3 days, where a press conference will take place on Monday evening. We encourage all who are able to come join us for one or more of these days. The organizers will provide transport back to your car at the end of the day.

• Gathering: Saturday June 17 at 9:00 a.m. in Montreal at Parc La Fontaine, Place Charles-de-Gaulle.
• Walk: Saturday June 17, departing Montreal after the rally and arriving Monday afternoon, June 19.
